Hungarian PM Orban says EU should first sign strategic partnership with Ukraine

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban suggests that the European Union should sign a strategic partnership agreement with Ukraine before initiating membership talks. Orban emphasizes the need to address various issues and evaluate the potential consequences of Ukraine's membership. He proposes a 5-10 year partnership agreement to bridge the gap between the EU and Ukraine. Orban also calls for a ceasefire in Ukraine and suggests the establishment of a separate financial fund, rather than using the EU budget, to provide additional funds for Ukraine's war efforts.
